‘The Trust has a fantastic in house CPD programme which all members of staff are actively involved in.  Working for the Heart Trust means working as one big family.  Even though I work in a one form entry school, I always know there are other teachers from my year group to call on for support and advice.  The Trust is very supportive if ever you have any worries or issues.  Staff mental health and wellbeing is an important issue to leaders.

The Trust places great importance on teachers being able to carry out their own research into different teaching methods and to work on these in our classes. I really value the opportunity to try out new teaching methods with my class and share the outcomes with my colleagues.’ Lorraine Y2

‘The opportunities are endless and perfect for career development. I have never worked with a more caring and trustworthy team. It is no exaggeration to say I start and end my working days with a big smile on my face – I love working for the Heart Education Trust!’  Charlotte Y3

Supply Teacher Opportunities Norwich

October 23, 2020 By hazel

We regularly have short term and medium term supply work available, ranging from a day to cover teacher sickness, to a whole term to cover longer term absences. We are keen to engage qualified teachers for these casual assignment opportunities. We will carry out full safer recruitment and then keep you on our books to advise you of available assignments from time to time. This means that you get to work with a Trust whose policies and pupils you become familiar with, making the role less stressful than walking into a brand new school each time. And because we don’t end up paying fees to an agent, we can pay pension contributions for assignments you complete – meaning you may end up much better off than simply signing up with an agency. To apply, please contact our HR Department hr@thehearteducationtrust.co.uk
