This is an exciting opportunity for a full time Deputy Headteacher to work with a dynamic and growing Trust. This post would suit an experienced Teacher looking for a collaborative and supportive environment to start a first deputy headship, or an existing school senior leader who feels they have the leadership experience, qualities and drive to lead our academy to further success. For those who are looking towards senior leadership we offer an excellent package of CPD with the option to gain National Professional Qualifications in senior leadership (NPQSL).
Henderson Green has high numbers of disadvantaged pupils who rely on their school to transform their life chances. If you are highly motivated, with proven school improvement skills and the ability to inspire others to continue this journey, this could be the next step in your career. The successful applicant will show evidence of impact within and beyond the classroom and be able to demonstrate their leadership skills.
This will be a full-time teaching Deputy Headteacher role, involving 4 days in class, with half a day PPA and half a day for leadership release.
