The HEART Education Trust is a Norwich based trust, consisting of 4 Primary schools with approximately 1,000 pupils.
We are looking to recruit teachers to join our amazing family of schools. You could work in any one of our very varied academies but your opportunities to develop your expertise through amazing CPD, a tailored career plan and to work in a collaborative and supportive environment will be the same.
Listen to what our staff say…
‘I began my journey with the HEART Education Trust as a PGCE student, this year I enrolled on to the NPQSL. My learning journey has been incredible and my ability to teach and lead has always been believed in. I’ve grown a lot in confidence with the support and advice of my fellow colleagues and leaders. I grasp every opportunity with both hands and I teach my children to do the same. Our schools achieve great things because we work together, not apart. We launch our children into a fun, innovative curriculum in which every child can succeed in. I am proud to be part of the HEART Education Trust family.’ AshleyY6
‘The Trust has a fantastic in house CPD programme which all members of staff are actively involved in. Working for the Heart Trust means working as one big family. Even though I work in a one form entry school, I always know there are other teachers from my year group to call on for support and advice. The Trust is very supportive if ever you have any worries or issues. Staff mental health and wellbeing is an important issue to leaders.
The Trust places great importance on teachers being able to carry out their own research into different teaching methods and to work on these in our classes. I really value the opportunity to try out new teaching methods with my class and share the outcomes with my colleagues.’ Lorraine Y2
‘The opportunities are endless and perfect for career development. I have never worked with a more caring and trustworthy team. It is no exaggeration to say I start and end my working days with a big smile on my face – I love working for the Heart Education Trust!’ Charlotte Y3
