‘Being a leader in the Heart Education Trust is a privilege, all of the staff with the Trust are there because they are passionate about education and making a difference; it is one of the strongest teams that I have worked in. I have been enabled and encouraged to be free to experiment with my practice to be the best that I can be, I have been given many opportunities to grow and develop as a professional.’ Ian, DHT.
‘I have been working for the HEART Education Trust for 7 years. Since starting at the trust I have been given the support and opportunities to develop my skills in teaching and learning as well as leadership. This has resulted in me being successful in taking on two headteacher roles across our schools. The HEART Education Trust has encouraged me to challenge myself and I thoroughly enjoy working with a team who share the same vision where pupils come first’, Alex Headteacher.
‘I began my journey with the HEART Education Trust as a PGCE student, this year I enrolled on to the NPQSL. My learning journey has been incredible and my ability to teach and lead has always been believed in.’ Ashley CT
