The HEART Education Trust is a multi academy trust based in Norfolk, that was established in April 2013. We currently consist of four primary academies, and are always excited to welcome new academies on board.
We are fully committed to the belief that schools themselves are best placed to secure improvement in educational outcomes for pupils and young people.
We have developed a model for school improvement that sees schools working together, sharing the best possible practice to deliver an outstanding education and sustaining that outstanding practice.
